1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Four 7 Alliance services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
2. Service Description
Four 7 Alliance provides website design, development, and hosting services for small businesses. Our services include:
Starter Site Plan ($99/month) - Basic website with home, services, about, and contact pages.
Premium Site Plan ($149/month) - Enhanced website with AI chatbot and missed call text back features.
3. Website Changes and Updates
Clients are eligible to request up to 2 basic changes to their website per month. Basic changes include updating photos, modifying copy/text content, and similar minor content updates. Additional changes beyond this limit may incur extra charges. Changes requiring significant development work or structural modifications are not considered basic changes and will be quoted separately.
4. Website Ownership and Domain
Four 7 Alliance retains ownership of the website and domain during the service period. This arrangement allows us to provide services at reduced costs. Upon termination of services, clients may request transfer of content at additional cost.
5. Minimum Term and Cancellation
All plans require a 12-month minimum commitment. Early termination fees may apply. Cancellation requests must be provided in writing with 30 days-notice.
6. Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay invoices may result in service suspension. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
Four 7 Alliance's liability is limited to the monthly service fee. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy which you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any similar State or Territory legislation and which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
